1. Acceptance of Terms

By using services provided by eighternet ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

eighternet provides telecommunications services as a registered carrier under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). Service availability, features, and coverage may vary by location and are subject to change.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit unsolicited bulk communications, to interfere with network operations, or to violate the rights of any third party. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with notice where required by applicable CRTC regulations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Billing

Billing terms are set out separately in our Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eighternet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service in accordance with the applicable service agreement and CRTC consumer protection requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
